Discernment
A discernment mode within an organization takes time, patience, and discipline.
It allows space for the Holy Spirit to reach us in the moment. This is only accomplished through intentional communal prayer and consistently listening together to the needs of the community. By sharing in the fruits of prayer, our plans evolve based on what God is doing and saying to us collectively. Ultimately, Jesus wants to draw everyone into the Father’s care. By surrendering control to Him, we surrender our mission together to the way in which Jesus is shaping us for it.
